Knowing yourself is key to business success. Once upon a time I thought I could separate my professional world with my personal self, not even using my real name and putting everything behind the business title. I shortly found out that companies, especially small businesses, are simply individuals.
The human connection is what attracted clients to me and whether I was Rae or my full self, Raelle, it was all about the relationships built from them all. I’ll share some projects and stories here.
