Food For Within

“And the leaves of the trees were for the healing of the nations.”

 

What we all love. Food! “I’m not a rabbit, I need meat”, “That’s why you’re so thin” etc. etc. I’ve heard it all I’ve even said some of it. I don’t see these statements as completely negative, but I understand what’s really being said is I love what I love and I’m not changing that.

It takes a real determination and mental preparedness to change any habit, especially our forms of comfort like food. To heal from illness there does have to be a strict “diet” but ultimately the best way is easing into the changes and incorporating a little by little or else you will be overwhelmed and often unsuccessful in creating a lifestyle change.
