Love it, learn it, see it, be it, understand it. Heal internally, from within.
Hate it.
Reveal to heal. We will completely hate many parts of our journey before we learn to love the process. Whether it is the very negatively perceived appearance of scars or the work that has to be done to begin changing our lives, we are conditioned to externally cover or hide our skin when it is “bad.” I’m here to say, although positivity is top priority, the hate, hurt, and desire to change are OK to feel too.

Awaken The Giant Within, by Tony Robbins is a famous book that has motivated millions worldwide to become aware or “woke” of the strength within for business success. This book teaches a mind shift that is necessary for ANY kind of success, even fighting illness. I liken the “giant” within to all of our internal organs that we may have never known needed extra care in order to awaken its natural abilities to heal!
